EXCHANGES
Customers can return their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product in a different size or color unless told otherwise by customer support.
If you do end up exchanging for a different product, we will email you a return label for FREE after you place your new order. Contact us at contact@choix-store.com for your free return label.
RETURNS
CHOIX offers returns on products shipped within the United States within 14 calendar days from when your order was delivered.
EXCEPTIONS: if you've placed a purchase during a promotion or sale, please carefully review the terms & conditions here. In some cases, we will only proceed to exchanges or store credit. We do not accept refunds on final sale items but we can offer size exchange for the same item. In case your size is sold out for that same item, we will proceed to a store credit.
Returns are free. Email us at contact@choix-store.com to initiate a return and receive a pre-paid label.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return, products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and unworn condition with original tags.
REFUNDS
Please allow up to 15 business days from the date your return is delivered to our facility to receive a refund confirmation.
Flat standard shipping rate $4.99.
FREE standard shipping on orders $150+.
All orders placed Monday to Friday by 12 PM PST will be shipped within 5 business days.
All orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will be shipped the following week.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received an email from us within 1 business day.
If you need to change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible contact@choix-store.com. We cannot guarantee a change can be completed but we'll do our best to help.
SHIPPING
We offer multiple international shipping options with USPS, UPS, DHL available during checkout. Rates will be automatically calculated based on items weight. Note that USPS First Class International Package is the most affordable solution however there is no tracking number once packages leave the U.S, deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.
Please note that the duties and taxes associated with the order may not be included in the final purchase price if you select Fedex shipping rates. These additional charges will need to be paid by the consignee/buyer prior to ultimate delivery. Please reach out to your local customs office if you have any questions about duties and taxes. If you select DHL shipping rates, the duties and taxes are included in your order total.
For all orders shipping outside of the US the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.
